[MC-228442] Chicken Spawning in Ocean (potentially more mobs but unknown.)

I found a random chicken in the middle of the ocean with no land within at least 12 chunks. I have no idea why it spawned, it's just here, I just created the world today. This is probably a low priority bug and I doubt it's worth fixing unless there's nothing with a higher priority to fix.
