[MC-228596] Sea Lanterns texture isn't updated

So, sea lantern texture still isn't updated. Also, I made comparison with Programmer Art and Jappa's Art below (Upper one is Jappa Art, lower one is Programmer Art)

Not all textures have been updated in the texture update. There are several more that haven't.

As for sea lanterns, I don't think there's any reason to retexture it.
