so i was messing with the minecraft resolutions and i went to the lowest one which i think was 640x320 something like that, and now whenever i try to load up minecraft it wont work. i tried going into the files and changing them, that didnt work. ive tried everything i could, please help.

the thing is i literally cant launch minecraft i can only launch the minecraft launcher so how am i supposed to add optifine?
