Ink sacks randomly floating in ocean

When exploring the ocean both regular ink sacs and glowing ink sacks will just randomly pop to the water's surface. I have never seen a glow squid, but have found 11 glow ink sacks floating so far.

This isn't a bug, axolotls can spawn and kill squids and glow squids.

Please provide some screenshots and/or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.
