[MC-229369] Menu bug

This is nothing gamebreaking, but it is an interesting bug

Have your minecraft in a small window and scroll down your server list and then maximize your window, the scrolling bar stays at the same height which is far below possible the scrolling limit for the maximized window. Because its below the limit, whenever you scroll back up it just jumps up immediately.

Check the attached video for an example because im not great at explaining

oh yeah i tried it on a 1.17 without optifine and its the same
