[MC-229436] No "New Installations" button under Installation tab on launching menu

I am trying to revert to version 1.16.5 and searched how to do that online. It says I should have a button called "New Installations" under the installation tab, but I do not.

Hello! You'll need to check the "Releases" box in the top right of that window in order to access that button.
