when pressing fn + 3 my menu shows up missing everything at the bottom and some on the otherside. even after doing the setting educe debug info to off i cant see it been trying to find an awnser for like 2 hrs please help

It's actually reduceDebugInfo (with r at the start). Are you in the latest version of Minecraft? Minecraft had less debug information and could allow any game rule to be created in the past.
