[MC-229576] at random times the glow item frames/item frames are disappearing off the chests they were on and the items in the frames are gone

at random times the glow item frames/item frames are disappearing off the chests they were on and the items in the frames are gone. I have been in the world the entire time and my friend comes back in the world and goes to the chest room and all the item frames are gone. it has happened multiple times since the 1.17 update came out and it is on realms

I can't seem to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1. If you can, please provide some steps on how to go about reproducing this problem.

I can't really give you any steps because in my world the item frames are located on chests underground and i would above ground do stuff and go down to the chests and all the item frames and items are gone. so you cant just make it happen cause you dont know when it will happen it just will
