Skeletons can pick up swords resulting in a pickup animation loop

Leaving this open as there's no source for this being WAI as mentioned in MC-7774. Especially the glitched pick up animation doesn't look like WAI.

The glitchy animation with the skeleton constantly raising its arms up is MC-87093. This is happening because it is unable to reach the player.
