[MC-2296] Invisibility Potion duration

A guy on my minecraft server drank an invisibility potion and it wouldn't stop working it would keep him invisible until he relogged.

I've seen reports of this working if you drink an invisibility potion, then suicide, but there usually seems to be some kind of Bukkit interaction. Haven't been able to duplicate this myself in vanilla Minecraft. This supposed exploit has been making its way on HackForums, NodusGriefing, and other sites.

This ticket is invalid.
Any non-standard server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
This site is for addressing issues related to the base unmodded MineCraft.
