You can hit your horse while riding it accidentally

If you are on a horse and break a block underneath the horse, the horses position will snap to the position of the broken block (in my case tall and short grass and flowers) and the horse will be hit by the weapon used to break the block, in my case my sword.  Causes horse to keep taking damage when trying to harvest flowers while riding.
