[MC-22997] Horses Despawn

On the server I run, I'm quite frequently getting complaints that their horses are randomly despawning, usually when no one is in the are and they log-off, which probably means they despawn when the chunks unload.

If you name the horse with a name tag they they shouldn't despawn

Oh, I'm not sure then, none of them have despawned on my server, even when no one is online

Well it is definitely happening on mine, every other animals is fine, it is just horses, so it cannot be a plugin.

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
