[MC-230101] 1.17 Villagers taking its job and immediately lose it.

So I was doing a villagers trading hall, all villagers took their job but when I came back, some of them lose it. I try breaking their work station and place it again, they take their job again but immediately lose it and won't take their job again.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17. Please provide some screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled.

It happens randomly, I'll have to wait for it to occur again.
