I am spawning a turtle into a corner, I think since the hitbox is very big for a turtle it glitches into a block instead of swimming away. I just think it should swim away instead of the turtle suffocating through a block and dying. This could happen in survival and people could be upset that their animal died.
I tried uploading a file for a video, but it didn't seem to work because it was bigger then 10mb. So I just uploaded the video to youtube. Feel free to watch:
