[MC-230571] Villagers will change from the jobs to stuff that it didn't have whilst trading with it

I've been trading with librarians and every time Like I get a mending book or something good You'll only get a certain amount of time before that mending book would become a Frost Walker book or something else like that and I've seen this quite a bit even on bedrock and pocket edition and I think this is a new because I've not seen this on any of the other versions of minecraft

If you trade with a villager, the villager will lock its trades and they will no longer change. For example, if you want Mending books from a villager, you should buy one Mending book as soon as the villager offers one. The villager's trades will then stop changing and it will always offer Mending books.
