The Bug

While MC-221656 was fixed for tropical fish it appears that creative mode obtained buckets of axolotls still only spawn the pink type

Reproduce

  • Be in creative mode

  • Get a bucket of axolotl from the creative inventory

  • Use it
    ❌ Notice only the pink type spawns

Can confirm. Just to clarify, this issue can only be seen with buckets of axolotls and not buckets of tropical fish. Closely relates to MC-221656.
