Tamed Wolf Health gets reset

This one's pretty simple but weird. When a tamed wolf's CustomName gets changed via a command block, its health gets reset to 20, no matter what health it had or whatever previous effects (health boost, saturation, etc.) it had. This only happens when changing the name with a command block, so it doesn't reset the health with nametags.

Please provide some steps on how to go about reproducing this issue. Additionally, attaching some screenshots or videos demonstrating this behavior whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled, would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙂
