Hi i am ZappyGliter87(my ign) i bought a microsoft account but it says i have to migrate it to a microsoft account, so i want to know if it is a mistake or i should really migrate my account.

Account migration is only for Mojang Accounts. Because you have a Microsoft Account you don't need to migrate. The pop-up at the bottom of the launcher does not apply to you and can be closed/ignored. It's only there to be informative.
