Mouse sensivity with Java programs

When I play Minecraft and run any program made in Java, such as Auto Clicker, my new quality changes in the game. The thing is, in a repaired restaurant it moves a little faster (by or a millisecond) and that interferes with the game. I have the latest version of Java and the mouse drivers. I have a Glorious Mouse Model D. I don't think you see it in the video, but it's kind of a quality. Its on all versions
