[MC-231045] Vsync is locked on

Even if I turn vsync off and set max framerate to unlimited it still seems to be locked at around 60 fps. If i use optifine however, turning vsync off works.

I'm unable to reproduce, and your vanilla screenshot shows that vsync is in fact disabled.

I have this same issue, however i provided more detail in my report, such as this seems to effect nvidia graphics cards, as my old pc this doesnt happen on. And as shown in those images, they have a Nvidia graphics card.
