[MC-231110] deleting DIM1 and entering end remove dragon and the return portal frame

I deleted DIM1 to reset the end, when entering end the dragon and it's nest doesnt spawn.

I'm unable to return in the overworld.

Don't simply delete stuff and hope it doesn't corrupt anything.

Deleting files worked fine in the previous version. Don't claim it over.

The world file and folder has changed, they are other thing like playerdata cant be transported in another wolrd or recovered from backup anymore.

Also the region file and its entities are in separate file now.

The problem with the end is a bug, because deleting nether or overword like so is still working fine.

The data about the dragon fight in particular are saved in level.dat and not in DIM1.
