Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 2645.99 -24.61 -1249.97 -1047.65 -9.04

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the world type and seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.

2. Look closely at the said cave vines.

3. Take note as to whether or not cave vines can generate without heads when intersecting structures.

Observed Behavior:

Cave vines can generate without heads when intersecting structures.

Expected Behavior:

Cave vines would not be able to generate without heads when intersecting structures.
