When I try to turn around in any type of world, it stops halfway through the turn.
How to reproduce:
Enter any world.
Try to look around.

Minecraft is not supported on Chromebooks and that is most likely the reason as to why you are experiencing this issue. The report is invalid as a result of this. Please see the Java Edition System Requirements article for more information.
The issue is on all versions.
