[MC-231365] Minecraft Launcher Does Not Work!

Minecraft Launcher Is Dark Gray and does not open and gets stuck and i it to work i njead to crash the launcher again and again and then i can finaly open the launcher without problem.

But i have like no time to wait and my computer is a potato...
