[MC-231445] Advancement[Is It a Bird?] also work when the Parrots is invisibility

If you throw a Potion of Invisibility to a Parrot, then look at it through a Spyglass, you can get the advancement[Is It a Bird?].

Steps to reproduce:

1. Throw Invisibility Potion to a Parrot.

2. Look at the "invisible parrot" through a Spyglass.

3. You can get the advancement.

Expected Result:

The advancement shouldn't work when the Parrot is invisible.
