[MC-231468] Unable to buy Java MinceCraft Edition due to antivirus virtual keyboard is not allowed

I am unbale to buy Java Minecraft and the issue is during purchase your website is not allowing the anti-virus software virtual key board. The payment site link is having a very less security as highlighted by my anti-virus software.

Issue resolution expected

1) Your payment website should need to allow the anti-virus virtual key board to enter the credit card information

2) Your payment website should not be shown as a weak payment certificate by my anti-virus software

Absolutely ridiculous answers and irresponsible answer. How cm can you use a foul language? I have raised a specific issue that Java edition cannot be bought due to thewesite is not allowing the anti virus software virtual keyboard. This shows that you don’t know anything about the issue and your aim is to close the ticket rather than solving the issue.
