Cut Copper Stairs and Slabs have redundancy in their names

All of the slabs and stairs have the word 'cut' in them, and while that might just be there to stay consistent to the cut theme, there aren't any non-cut copper stairs or slabs, so it might make things a bit simpler if the word was absent from those blocks.
