What I expected to happen was the baby zombies should run the same speed as baby villagers.:

What actually happened was baby zombies were super fast just like endermen, the almost teleported to next villager and killed him, also that's also happens with the player.:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. spawn the baby villager
2. make him as baby zombie by another zombie
3. see the effect
