Game Crashing

Incomplete without crash report. Please attach crash reports in the future to tickets about a crash.

How do I attach crash reports? I copied and pasted. The error report in one of the fields when creating this.

Apparently you didn't. You can click "Attach Files" at the top and find the crash report file (.minecraft\crash-reports).
