[MC-232019] Can't connect to any server

can't connect to any server. tried disconnecting from Minecraft account, didnt work. tried disableing firewall, didnt work. Tried restarting router, didnt work.

I also have the same issue and I have tried everything in the book as to how you can possibly fix it and nothing has worked.
