[MC-232344] Can Sprint Jump/ Head bang while sneaking

with a well time sprint jump and sneak key press at the same time, hold sprint and jump and you carry 2x faster moment than normal sneaking, combined with "head banging" and ice you can move insanely fast whilst still remaining crouched
