When I load Minecraft it just comes up with a white screen and doesn't load.

Is any crash report generated upon this issue occurring? If so, please attach it to the ticket.

Attach the latest report similar to the screenshots.

The crash report is a text file located in the .minecraft folder. It is roughly named crash-date-client.txt.

If not available attach the launcher_log.txt file.

there was no crash report in the  file so I attached the launcher log file.

I found a exit code when it crashed in the output log: -805306369

In that case, this ticket is a duplicate of MCL-6550. Please see the moderator note attached to this report for steps on how to go about fixing this issue. 😃
