FPS Issue

Good afternoon,
I come here to request a help request to try to solve the fps problem I have when I play minecraft.

Im playing with 30-40 fps without maximizing the game. I have all my drives correct and up to date. I have a Intel Core i7-10750H - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - RAM: 16 GB - 1 TB SSD. I can run all the games at the max quality but for some reason minecraft is unable do to it. I already tried the NVIDIA Control panel- 3D settings, but I can only choose the minecraft launcher, so I´m unable to solve my problem by there. Already tried another methods and still playing with low FPS. On my previous laptop ( a weaker one) I played with almost the same FPS and it was a NVIDIA 930.

I would appreciate a lot if u could solve this issue
