[MC-232937] Placing an End Crystal before the game spawns an Ender Dragon instantly defeats him

If you manage to successfuly place an End Crystal before the game spawns an Ender Dragon, the game will threat this as Ender Dragon's death, meaning you don't have to fight Ender Dragon at all.
