[MC-233098] dogs are dark when its raining

i was juat playing imnecraft and it started raining and the dog just randomly got dark

What I expected to happen was...:
the dog was gona be the same color

What actually happened was...:
the dog just randomly got dark

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a dog
2. make it rain
3. ...
