i cannot spawn any glow squids or axolotls in my survival world

What I expected to happen was...:
spawn some glow squids and axolotls in my new farm

What actually happened was...:
i afk'ed the farm for hours and rebuilt it 7 times in different locations and not a single glowsquid or axolotl after hours of waiting
