After a download of optifine that came out on the 9th of July, my game suddenly as i can remember begun to freeze whilst AFK, and so far, 4 times made it where I had to shut down and restart. I've never had problems with it, nor any problems with vanilla minecraft before.
Please note and I did play without optifine, and it persisted whilst IN VANILLA. Optifine has never caused me any trouble before. But, as time went on, I've made sure my Windows were up to date, Java was Uninstalled and reinstalled, and I did uninstall my Minecraft.
I did forget to delete my .minecraft folder the first couple times and then the last and most recent, I made sure to. I deleted the folders, recycled it, deleted any optifine folders, saves and resource packs I had. then I did a fresh reinstallation from the site. I did play on 1.16.5 and I did not notice any issues.
But when i went to play back on 1.17, just vanilla the freeze happened. I don't think its a bug on optifines end, but one on Minecrafts as I had nothing to ruin it. The game runs fine, but when I afk, the freeze happens at random. I am unsure as to how to fix this or if it will be fixed in the update. I can move the browser to stop it, or press the Minecraft tab in my taskbar to stop it, but I still want the idle freeze to stop entirely
I saw two other people who had likely occurrences like mine when I searched, one here and other on reddit. I used to be able to afk hours on end before, and now I cannot. My computer is more then capable to run the game that I like, but I think its 1.17 / 1.17.1 issue. Im unsure if others are having the same problem and not reporting it.
Thank you for reading this.

Do you mean in the log folder itself? I have that from when I did the AFK test, but the Launcher_Log.txt is only projecting todays as I just opened up the application. Should I send that or wait till another Freeze?
I do have optifine running with it right now, do you also want me to disable it too?
A freeze occurred after 15 minutes when the computer went on the rest screen https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/q78ZNJMDn7/
Plain Vanilla 1.17.1, this is the Launcher log txt
