Squid not Spawn and Pillagers Spawning too often.

Looters are popping up frequently, within 50 blocks they spawn in 3 parts near my house. And one more thing the squids aren't being spawned, I rummaged through my entire map looking for squids and didn't find it. There is something very wrong with 1.17.1, I hope you will fix that soon.
