beacon beam and stain glass makes clouds and ground visible far away

This report is going to be duplicated to MC-188151

You can see clouds far away from the beacon beam sides, The inside one is also affected

Not sure if it's either a bug

Take a look at the screenshot to find out how it is affected

Expected Result

Clouds should not be seen far away

Observed Result 

Clouds can be seen far away

Steps to reproduce:

1. place down a beacon

2. add 9 blocks of diamonds

3. go high above the clouds

4. see clouds from a far distance from sides of beacon beam**
