I have this bug when I want to migrate my account(still)

When I want to migrate my account it says:"We could not validate your access, please restart the migration flow.

 

Click ‘restart’ to be taken back to your account." How can I fix it?

Edit: Now i tried this from my PC and it says the same

I have the same e-mail address of my Mojang and Microsoft account too.

 

Why are u putting this to resolved if its isnt resolved?

they told me to write to community support i writed them a week ago and they dont respond
