realms disconnected

I can't join my own or my friend's realms, when I join it always kick me out in few second and say disconnected without other massage, but I can join multiplayer servers such as hypixel, my wi-fi is full and I have tried all the methods like:

• Close the realm and reopen it.  

• Close Minecraft: Java Edition and reopen it. 

• Restart computer 

• Log out of Mojang account, closing the game, and then log in again. 

• Change my internet

• Close firewall and VPN

• Delete and download again Minecraft and Java

• Switch the world slot and open a new world. 

however they did not work, I also found that I could not connect to realms without VPN, will it be an IP collision?

*It isn't freeze on world locating, just often fails to connect seconds after entering the world
