Probably MC-108 resolved as "Works as Intended." You can read what's in that link or the wiki article about quasi-connectivity.

It's should not be quasi-connectivity. There is no any power nearby in 3 blocks.

Its BUDed. BUDs are resolving to MC-108 as well.
