That is not a bug it's only a minecraft world generation feature/bug

Please provide some additional screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled. Reports similar to these often get marked as "Incomplete" due to the lack of details provided. Any other information regarding this would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😃
