Cured Villagers don't recognize workstations

I have a large villager trading hall, and I filled it with villagers and released zombies to turn them, then cured them, and repeated the process 4-5 times. However, when I went to give the villagers workstations, many of them couldn't recognize that there was a workstation there at all. So they have no profession, and won't seem to take a profession. They are trapped in place with trapdoors and the workstation is directly beside them, a setup that works completely fine if I haven't turned them to zombies and back.

Editing to add: I've noticed that the villagers that don't recognize workstations, don't recognize beds either.

Okay, I've added a couple of videos. The first I was using optifine so I did it again completely vanilla.

Can confirm.
I've attached a world archive with the floating, recreated layout shown in the videos.
This is after I spawned, infected, and cured the villagers just once.
