This makes it possible to suffocate yourself in obsidian/cobblestone. Not sure if this is intended behaviour but you can't place any other full block at your feet/eyes

Water and lava are not really considered solid blocks. They are liquids and you can travel through them so it would make sense that you can play them on yourself. I personally don't see the issue here but I can confirm nonetheless.
