[MC-234369] In creative mode, using a water bucket for a cauldron refining pot will give you a bucket

In Minecraft:Java Edition, using buckets for water,lava and drinking milk will not give you buckets, including drinking potions and empty bottles, but using buckets for cauldron refining pots will get buckets.
