[MC-234407] The changes "+" icon in the realms world backups menu isn't visible when using small GUI scales

The Bug:

The changes "+" icon in the realms world backups menu isn't visible when using small GUI scales.

Steps to Reproduce:

Set your GUI scale to the smallest possible allowed by the settings.
Navigate to the minecraft realms menu.
Click on your realm and hit the "configure realm" button.
Now click the "world backups" button.
Find a world backup the has the "Changes" option available.
Look closely for the "+" icon.
Take note as to whether or not the changes "+" icon in the realms world backups menu is visible when using small GUI scales.

Observed Behavior:

The changes "+" icon in the realms world backups menu isn't visible when using small GUI scales.

Expected Behavior:

The changes "+" icon in the realms world backups menu would be visible when using small GUI scales.

Because you have too much small GUI, It's not visible.

This issue has been fixed in 1.20. Both the "Changes" and the "Restore" button have been made much larger, thus making both of them visible when using small GUI scales.
