We've bought the game yesterdar.
We've installed it on a laptop i5 with 8 Gb.'s and Windows 10 Home 10.0.19043, recently installed.
When I push the green button "play", it starts to download and it doesn't start. Everithing close down and I receive a dialog windows like the one i'm attaching
