[MC-234787] You can't pause while a grey window box is open. (Example: Inventory, Chest, Furnace, Enchanting table, crafting table, etc.)

I made the main task window a different app window, which was supposed to make Minecraft pause automatically. When I press the Pause button while a grey Minecraft window is open, it closes the window, which is what is supposed to happen, since Esc is not the Pause button if a grey Minecraft window is open, but it's the close Minecraft window button. If this glitch keeps lurking here, you could die, even when Minecraft is not the focused app, because the game didn't pause. Please fix.
