[MC-234804] Basically, farmers have food from wheat, and keep making more villagers than a village can handle

in 1.17.1 minecraft Farmer Villagers keep breeding with food even though theres limited amount of beds and more and more villagers are being created without adding more beds

Any way to fixes for this?
